Returns

 

To initiate a return for your goods or a portion thereof, please contact your local Total Plumbing branch for assistance.

 

Goods can be returned within 30 working days from collection or delivery, provided they are in saleable condition. 

 

If you find that you no longer require a product you have ordered, please be aware of the following return guidelines:

 

Goods will only be accepted at the branch that delivered the goods, or to the branch the goods were collected from. Details of the branch can be found within your order confirmation.

 

If you have changed your mind within the 30 day period, you are able to return the goods, any costs associated with the return are to be covered by the customer.

 

If you request we collect the goods, the collection may incur a charge, determined at our discretion.


Additional charges may apply for collections from certain locations or for specific product types, taking into account distance and handling requirements.


Returns may be subject to a restocking charge, determined at our discretion.


Non-returnable Goods:

 

Unless deemed faulty or delivered in error, returns will not be accepted for the following items:

 

Products with rapid deterioration, such as turf or plants.


Perishable goods, including cement or plaster.


Goods unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.


Items that have been cut, made to measure, or customised.


Goods that have become inseparably mixed after being provided.


Gift cards.


Expired products.


Goods removed from their original packaging and no longer in good sellable condition.
